that's valid, the ethical thing to do is share.

although i will say many people are unfortunately more concerned with self-preservation than with behaving ethically. what if i only take one apple and it goes rotten before i can eat it?

what if i only take one apple and another person takes the other 8? then i only have one apple, one person still starves and the greedy person has the resources to excerpt power over me?

not saying i necessarily think this way. just that there is general motivation towards greed that goes beyond capitalism
