08/01/09 12:11 PM lisa: on a pre payment plan with my mortgage company, $18,000 behind . i finished the 1st 3 month plan on time payment , they put me on anothe r4 month payment , Aug 2009 is the next payment all on time , I had to choose a plan ex, partial claim /forarance , they will review after Aug and see if the balance wiill be put tothe end of my mortgage, or then just give me another payment arrangement, my mortgage is appoax 279,000 home probably could be sold for $600,000,could you give me advise. |
07/25/09 11:18 AM Virginia and Ken: We are applying for a mtg., and our mtg rept called us yesterday, and told us we have got to pay off one credit card and bring down a few others , she also said, that there are two other social security numbers on our credit rept.. we called Experian, as that is which one is showing the other social security numbers, but, you have got to mail a copy of your social security card, and birth certificates to a po box in Texas, we feel very uncomfortable doing this, is there any other ideas you have? |
