elizabeth: have over inked the stamp. If there seems to be too much ink on your pad, dab it a little with a lint free tissue and try again. Hope that helps! x13 Nov 09, 10:04
elizabeth: Hi Sarah, The pigment ink has a soft sponge pad (like embossing inkpads) so you only need to ink your stamp very gently in order to cover the rubber.If you are not getting a crisp image, it means you12 Nov 09, 19:43
